The District School Arts Festival that was to be held at Attingal from November 25 to 29 will now be held from Monday, December 1.
The festival will conclude on Friday. There has been a change in the venues too. Now, the festival will be held at seven schools, including Government Girls Higher Secondary School (HSS), Attingal; LMS Lower Primary School; Government Boys HSS; CSI HSS; Town Upper Primary School, District Institute of Education and Training; and Scout Hall at the DEO office.
The grounds of Government College, Attingal, will also be a venue, taking the total number of venues to 14.
Traffic restrictions will be put in place to ensure safety of students and smooth flow of traffic on the festival days, a statement here on Saturday said.
