Two international flights scheduled to depart from the Cochin International Airport and one slated to land there were cancelled on Monday (November 24) due to the volcanic eruption in Ethiopia.

The cancelled services are Indigo’s 6E1475 (Cochin–Dubai) and 6E1476 (Dubai-Kochi) and Akasa Air flight QP550 (Cochin–Jeddah), according to an official spokesperson of Cochin International Airport Limited. The flights were cancelled due to adverse weather caused by the volcanic eruption.
