Spot admissions into degree courses in Kurnool government colleges

Spot admissions for various courses in degree colleges affiliated to the Cluster University, Kurnool commenced on Monday (November 17).

Cluster University Registrar (FAC) G. Srinivas has said spot admissions will be held to fill vacant seats in KVR Government Women’s College and Government Degree College for Men in various under-graduate programmes. Those who have passed intermediate and applications will be accepted till November 20. Students should approach the college between November 22 to 24 with their original certificates and get admission.

According to Mr Srinivas, the 350 vacant seats in KVR Government Women’s College are Biotechnology (7), Biochemistry (24), Botany (4), Organic Chemistry (4), Home Sciences (9), Computer Science (46), Mathematics (17), Physics (28), Zoology (23), B Com General (7), History (26), Economics (15), Political Science (46), Special English (50), Special Telugu (13) and Special Urdu (31).

Similarly in Government Degree College for Men, there are 273 vacant seats which include History (6), Economics (23), Political Science (34), Special English (20), B Com Computers (18), B Com Accounting (23), Computer Science (21), Mathematics (10), Statistics (6), Physics (23), Chemistry (24), Botany (22), Zoology (26), and Organic Farming (17).

Mr. Srinivas urged students to utilise the opportunity and get admission in the college and course of their choice.
