The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh unveiled the State’s vision for global partnerships across diverse sectors, from agriculture to advanced technology.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu called upon industrialists in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to examine the State’s business-friendly policies and vast investment opportunities before committing to projects.

Addressing a CII Partnership Summit Roadshow in Dubai on the first day of his three-day UAE tour on Wednesday (October 22, 2025), the Chief Minister unveiled Andhra Pradesh’s vision for global partnerships across diverse sectors, from agriculture to advanced technology.

Mr. Naidu assured investors that the Andhra Pradesh Government would extend immediate approvals for well-structured industrial proposals, adding, “If you bring the right proposals, we will ensure prompt clearances for setting up industries in Andhra Pradesh.”

Highlighting the State’s strategic infrastructure, he said, “Andhra Pradesh offers excellent connectivity through ports, airports, and highways. The State is agriculturally rich but is simultaneously emerging as a hub for technology, industry, and services.”

Mr. Naidu said that since key governance reforms were implemented, major global investors have shown renewed confidence in Andhra Pradesh. “We have credibility, transparency, and a clear policy framework,” he emphasised. Thanking the Dubai-based Shobha Group for contributing ₹100 crore toward the construction of a library in Amaravati, he said the donation reflected the strong trust international investors have in the Andhra Pradesh Government.

Comparing the UAE’s Vision 2071 with India’s own goal of Viksit Bharat 2047, Mr. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh is aligning its policies to contribute to the national vision of a developed India. “We are working for a Golden Andhra Pradesh as part of this journey,” he stated.

The Chief Minister invited all UAE-based industrialists to attend the upcoming Global Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam on November 14 and 15. “Come to Andhra Pradesh, explore the opportunities, and invest in our shared future,” he urged.

“Andhra Pradesh is not just about industry,  it is also about culture, spirituality, and heritage,” Mr. Naidu said, citing Tirupati’s global renown and the State’s efforts to develop historical and religious sites alongside natural attractions.

The event witnessed an enthusiastic response from UAE industrialists, who gave a standing ovation to the Chief Minister’s presentation showcasing Andhra Pradesh’s robust governance model, rapid infrastructure growth, and proactive investment facilitation.

On the second day of his UAE tour on Thursday (October 23, 2025), Mr. Naidu will travel to Abu Dhabi, where he is scheduled to meet senior officials of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and leading industrial and technology companies. The Chief Minister will also hold discussions with business leaders including the Lulu Group CMD Yusuff Ali, and representatives of Masdar City and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

He is expected to participate in nine meetings in total, as part of his continued efforts to attract global investment to Andhra Pradesh.
