36 held in Cyberabad decoy operations as police step up action on public harassment

Cyberabad SHE Teams apprehended 36 persons for indecent behaviour in public places during a series of decoy operations conducted between April 11 and April 17.

Police said 116 decoy operations were carried out across the commissionerate. Petty cases were registered in 34 instances, while the remaining individuals were counselled. During the same period, SHE Teams received 18 complaints from women through various channels.
