A total of 25,14,026 enumeration forms have been distributed in Ernakulam district as on Friday, November 21, 2025, as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, according to official estimates.

District Collector G. Priyanka said at a press conference on Friday that the distribution of forms had been progressing in the district. As many as 2,36,265 filled-in enumeration forms (approximately 9%) had been received and digitised, she said.

She said that special focus had been given in urban areas including Thrikkakara, Thripunitura and Ernakulam in view of the floating population and low voting percentage in these regions. She urged the public to utilise the collection camps opened in urban areas.
