Two autorickshaw drivers killed in separate incidents in Bengaluru

A 50-year-old autorickshaw driver was killed and two passengers were injured when the driver lost control over the vehicle and crashed into a parked cab at Austin Town on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Syed Akram Pasha. The front portion of both vehicles were damaged and Pasha sustained severe injuries .

Passers-by rushed him to a hospital, but he succumbed. The Ashok Nagar traffic police have registered a case.

In a similar incident, a 65-year-old autorickshaw driver was killed in a road accident at Govindaraj Nagar on Saturday. The deceased, Venkataramanaiah, 62, was taking a U-turn on 17th cross when he lost control of the vehicle, which toppled. The injured driver was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed . The Vijaya Nagar traffic police registered a case.
