The list of electors in Telangana whose names were not included in the draft roll of Special Intensive Revision 2026, was made available on the website of Chief Electoral Officer – Telangana. The ‘Absent / Shifted / Dead and Duplicate (ASDD) Electors list’ can be accessed on the homepage.

“Booth-wise lists of Absent/Shifted/Death/Duplicate electors whose names are not included in the Draft Roll, has been displayed on the Notice Board of respective ERO/AERO Offices, Grama Panchayat/Municipal Office Notice Boards, Polling Stations to enable the general public to have access to the aforesaid voters lists along with the probable reasons for non-inclusion of their names. These lists have also been put on CEO’s website along with the respective DEO’s website,” as per a press note from CEO’s office issued on Monday (August 17, 2026).

How to access ASDD list online?

People have to select district, Assembly constituency, part number and part name to access the list. The online list has details including voter’s name, EPIC number, relative’s name and relation, part number and ‘Reason for not collecting Enumeration Form’. Some of the reasons found in the lists are ‘permanently shifted residence’, ‘dead’, ‘already registered’ and ‘Missing/absent’.

Only in Telugu

However, the ASDD list on the CEO’s website was published only in Telugu, which posed a challenge for people who cannot read the script. 

The draft electoral roll, after enumeration phase of SIR 2026 in the StateY, was published on Monday (August 17, 2026). The number of electors in the State as on August 10, 2026 were 3,38,26,448. Enumeration Forms of 2,64,87,213 were digitised.

73.39 lakh in ASDD list

The number of people in the ASDD category were 73,39,235, including 9,22,229 who are dead; 11,25,546 categorised as untraceable or absent; 45,18,963 permanently shifted; 6,70,203 already enrolled and 1,02,294 under others category.

Claims and objections from August 17 to October 16

The period of filing claims and objections is from August 17 to September 16, 2026. “In case any elector was unable to submit their filled-in Enumeration Forms within the specified time (25.06.2026 to 10.08.2026), they may file Form 6 along with the prescribed Declaration Form for inclusion during the claims and objections period. Another objective of claims and objections period is to give opportunities for correction in electors’ particulars and also to invite objections against any wrong inclusion in the Draft Electoral Roll,” as per the press note.
