BHEL presents awards to employees on I-day

The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in Ranipet town celebrated the 80th Independence Day at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Centenary stadium on Saturday.

According to a press release, M. Arunmozhi Devan, executive director, BHEL, hoisted the national flag and addressed the gathering of employees and their families. He highlighted the significance of August 15 as a day to honour sacrifices made by countless brave souls to secure freedom and to reflect on the values that define our nation.

Later, Mr. Devan, who was also the chief guest, presented awards and certificates to employees, appreciating their significant efforts in improving the organisation, the release said.
