The Visakhapatnam District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) recently held a review meeting on the arrangements for the National Lok Adalat and “Mediation for Nation 3.0” programme, scheduled for September 12, chaired by the Principal District Judge and DLSA Chairman, Chinnamsetty Raju.

Judges from the headquarters attended in person, while those from mandals across the district participated through video conferencing.

Mr. Raju directed judicial officers to take steps for the amicable settlement of compoundable criminal cases, civil suits, motor accident compensation claims, and bank recovery and matrimonial disputes. He urged litigants to make use of the Lok Adalat to save time and money.
