The price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has been cut by ₹209 in Kolkata, effective Saturday (August 1, 2026).

With this revision, a 19 kg commercial cylinder will cost ₹2,872.50 in Kolkata (August 1, 2026). There is no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders.

The Union government on June 25, 2026, restored the supply of industrial and commercial liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to pre-crisis levels and withdrew all sector-specific allocation caps that had been imposed at the peak of the West Asia crisis, citing an improved supply situation.

State-owned oil marketing companies announced a steep increase in commercial liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices in May, 2026 for users, across the country.
