The Mylavaram police arrested T. Krishna for allegedly threatening and blackmailing a woman by circulating her morphed photographs through social media groups in the NTR Police Commissionerate limits.
Krishna, a native of Poduru mandal in West Godavari district, is accused of harassing the woman by sharing the morphed images with others through social media platforms.
Acting on a complaint, the police arrested the accused on Thursday. Efforts are under way to trace any other persons involved in the case, the police said.
