Over 600 people were treated at a free eye camp jointly organised by Sowers Ministry, Bethel Ministries and Bethel Bible College at Ayodhyanagar on Sunday.

Bethel Bible College founder Rev. S. Jayakumar Babu said that the poor residents from New Rajarajeswari Peta, Basavataraka Nagar, Ramalingeswar Nagar and Santhinagar were examined during the camp, and 50 patients would undergo surgeries soon.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Solmon Raju of Raju Vision Care and other staff treated the patients and distributed free medicines.
