Even as a probe into alleged irregularities in Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) examinations makes progress, the commission cancelled an examination earlier set to be held on Saturday (July 18, 2026) afternoon in the wake of an error in distribution of question paper.
The PSC, in a statement, said the 10th preliminary examination stage 2 to posts, including that of last grade servant, in company/corporations that was to be held from 1.30 p.m. to 3.05 p.m. had been cancelled after an error in distribution of question paper at an exam centre in Alappuzha.
A preliminary exam held to the same post earlier in the morning was, however, uneventful, the PSC said.
The revised date for the examination will be intimated later, it said.
