His strong academic foundation in science, combined with a deep love for literature and poetry, eventually shaped a unique career that seamlessly bridges education and creative expression. With more than 30 years of experience, he has earned the respect of students, parents, and fellow educators for his innovative teaching methodologies and student-centred approach. Throughout his career, he has served as an Academic Coordinator, CBSE Examination Deputy Superintendent, Examination Head, Science Olympiad Coordinator, and Student Counsellor, contributing significantly to both academic excellence and holistic student development.
Recognising that education must evolve with changing times, Dharamvir Kumar Tyagi has consistently embraced modern pedagogical practices, including collaborative learning, experiential education, flipped classrooms, and technology-enabled teaching.
