Telangana government undertook major reshuffle of IPS officers in key postings across various wings. 

C.V. Anand, Hyderabad Police Commissioner, was transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department. V.C. Sajjanar, Managing Director, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC), Hyderabad was given he posting as the City Police Commissioner, according to a government order dated September 26, 2025.

Charu Sinha, Additional Director General of Police, CID, was placed in full additional charge of the post of Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau. Vijay Kumar, is posted as Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Hyderabad. 

Anil Kumar was posted as Additional Director General of Police (Operations), Greyhounds & Octopus. Shikha Goel, Director, TG Cyber Security Bureau, Hyderabad was transferred and posted as Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement.
