They will help in disseminating information about the RAMP programme and assist the units get associated with the same.

Senior officials from the Directorate of Industries, TGSPDCL, MSME DFO and TGIIC subsequently launched sectoral technology compendiums, the State government said in a release on ‘Telangana MSME Greening Summit – A RAMP Initiative to Accelerate Sustainable Industrial Growth’ held here.

The summit was organised by the Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad (RICH), which is a Telangana State innovation ecosystem enabler under the Department of Industries and Commerce, and the Hyderabad S&T Cluster under Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to Government of India. The programme served as a forum for deliberations between policymakers, senior government officials, MSMEs, industry associations, financial institutions, technology providers, startups and ecosystem partners to promote sustainable industrial transformation across MSMEs in the State.

Mr.Sridhar Babu said, “Telangana is committed to building a future-ready industrial economy where sustainability and economic growth move together. Through RAMP: Greening of MSMEs initiative, we are enabling industries, especially MSMEs, to adopt cleaner technologies, improve resource efficiency, and become globally competitive. MSMEs are the backbone of Telangana’s economy and their transition towards green manufacturing is essential for achieving the vision of a ‘Rising Telangana’.”

“The RAMP initiative provides a huge opportunity to strengthen the competitiveness, resilience and sustainability of MSMEs across Telangana.
