Telangana government integrates nine GHMC services into MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot

The State government has brought nine services related to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation into the ambit of MeeSeva WhatsApp services offered through chatbot, in order to improve the facility, access and transparency.

As per a statement released by the Electronic Service Delivery wing, the GHMC services on the channel include revision of property assessment, corrections in birth and death certificates, certificates for birth and death at home, correction of door numbers, correction of name in property records, property tax services, and trade license renewal services.

The MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot services were first launched Statewide on November 18, 2025. In order to avail services, WhatsApp number 8096958096 may be saved in the mobile phone for MeeSeva Telangana. A message ‘hi’ may be sent to the number, after which a prompt appears asking the user to name the service.

The statement said people have been using the channel mostly for birth certificate, income certificate, traffic challans, power bill payments and Intermediate results.
