TDP to adorn NHs in yellow ahead of ‘Mahanadu’

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has directed its cadre to ensure that the National Highway passing through SPSR Nellore district is adorned in yellow, representing the party’s flag colour, ahead of the prestigious annual conclave “TDP Mahanadu,” scheduled from May 27 to 29, 2026.

MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy, TDP district President and MLC Beedha Ravichandra, legislators Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy (Kovur), Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy (Nellore rural), P. Roopkumar Yadav, TDP State spokesperson Kotamreddy Giridhar Reddy, district general secretary Chejerla Venkateswara Reddy held a meeting with Chief Minister’s programme coordinator Manthena Satyanarayana Raju and others at IFFCO Kisan SEZ, the Mahanadu venue, on Sunday (May 10).

Mr. Ravichandra said that the National Highway from Tangutur to Tada should be decorated with party flags, festoons, and banners to welcome the party cadre arriving from across the State.

Meanwhile, Mr. Prabhakar Reddy and Kovur MLA Prashanthi Reddy called on Minister for Endowments Anam Ramanarayana Reddy at his residence and discussed the measures to make “Mahanadu” a success.

The various Mahanadu committees formed by the party will formally meet on May 13 at the venue.
