Around 1,10,787 candidates attended COMED-K UGET

Around 1,10,787 candidates attended the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test (COMED-K UGET) across India out of a total 1,30,620 candidates who had registered.

In Karnataka, around 35,678 candidates attended the exam out of a total of 40,547 registered candidates. In Bengaluru, 17,054 candidates attended.

The COMED-K entrance test is the gateway for admissions to approximately 20,000 seats in about 150 engineering colleges of Karnataka. Similarly, Uni GAUGE is an entrance exam for participating in 30+ private universities in India. COMED-K and Uni GAUGE are conducted as a single exam with separate merit lists.

The exam was held in two sessions on Saturday. Students wrote these exams in 171 cities across India and 25 cities in Karnataka. The exam was conducted in 109 centres in Karnataka and 46 in Bengaluru.

The provisional answer keys will be released on May 13, and the final answer key will be released on May 20. Students can access their rank card on May 26.
