As many as 894 papers were submitted from across India and abroad at the conference and of them, 308 papers were selected for presentation, including 28 papers from Dhanekula Institute alone. Over two days, the college hosted 40 technical sessions across 11 venues, culminating in the announcement of 40 Best Conference Papers.

Participation certificates were presented to research scholars and students from various institutions and vibrant cultural performances by Dhanekula students added colour to the grand finale.
