NIUM calls on young innovators to reimagine India’s cities

The National Institute of Urban Management’s Urban Innovation & Incubation Centre (UIIC), under the Telangana government, has announced the launch of the Urban X Challenge Ideathon 2026, a unique national-level platform designed to encourage college students to develop innovative solutions to pressing urban challenges.

The Urban X Challenge Ideathon aims to foster creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving among young minds by inviting ideas that can transform cities into more sustainable, inclusive and technologically advanced urban spaces.
