Director of ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR), C. Tara Satyavathi, said having millets at least one meal a day leads to healthier eating habits.

Speaking at an event jointly organised by ICAR-IIMR, Nutrihub, a wing of IIMR, and Millet Marvels, a socially-driven start-up committed to changing the way India eats, here on Monday, she said the National Institute of Nutrition had already recommended that one-third of the cereals people consume should be millets, and they could be included in any meal of the day.
