Kerala Assembly poll results: UDF reclaims Thrikkarippur seat after six decades as Sandeep Varier wins

In a historic political upset, the United Democratic Front (UDF) candidate Sandeep Varier secured victory in the Thrikkarippur Assembly constituency with a decisive margin of 5,213 votes, marking a significant breakthrough for the Congress-led front.

The win assumes added political significant as it bring the constituency back to the Congress after a gap of nearly six decades.
