LPG tanker linked to India, Sarv Shakti, crosses Strait of Hormuz

India linked LPG supertanker Sarv Shakti has sailed out of the Strait of Hormuz, marine traffic data showed on Saturday (May 2, 2026).

The Marshall Islands-flagged very large gas carrier (VLGC), with an Indian crew aboard, is carrying around 45,000 tonnes of LPG, said reports. According to marinetraffic.com, the ship has crossed the narrow waterway and is heading towards the Gulf of Oman.
