At the Government Maternity Hospital, Sultan Bazar, run by contractor M/s Katikam Linga Reddy, inspectors noted several violations, including open waste bins, rice bags and raw vegetables stored directly on the floor, lack of water quality test reports, absence of mandatory FoSTaC training for staff, and food handlers working without caps or aprons.

At the Area Hospital, Nampally, operated by M/s Shiva Sai Manpower Services, the task force reported unclean floors, rusty racks, greasy exhaust systems, damp walls, and damaged window meshes.

Similarly, at the Government ENT Hospital, Koti, managed by M/s Boini Shiva Kumar, the team found drainage overflow, risk of pest entry, greasy exhaust systems, and no separate storage facility for raw ingredients.

Following the inspections, the task force issued notices to the respective contractors and directed the superintendents of the hospitals to ensure immediate corrective measures.
