Power cuts, diesel crisis hit aquaculture activities in West Godavari dist.

Amid farmers in West Godavari district being hit by frequent power cuts and diesel crisis, District Collector Chadalavada Nagarani on Monday assured uninterrupted power supply till April 29.

Meanwhile, coupon system has been adopted to guarantee the supply of diesel for crop harvesters and radiators to minimise the impact on both agriculture and aquaculture activities due to diesel crunch over the past few days in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district.
