Four digital tools will be in the spotlight as Kerala prepares for the Houselisting and Housing Census, the first phase of Census 2027, scheduled for June and July this year. The tools include the Houselisting Block Creator (HLBC) web application, HLO mobile application, the self-enumeration portal, and the Census Management and Monitoring System (CMMS) portal.
The Houselisting and Housing Census is planned in Kerala from July 1 to July 30. This will be preceded by a period of self-enumeration by respondents from June 16 to June 30.
