Telangana Government issued orders transferring and giving new postings to several senior IPS officers

The Telangana government has issued orders notifying transfers and postings of several senior police officers with effect from May 1, 2026. Shikha Goel has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Home Department. She will continue to hold full additional charge (FAC) as Director of the Telangana Cyber Security Bureau and Director of the Telangana Forensic Science Laboratory until further orders.
Devendra Singh Chauhan has been transferred and posted as Director General (Vigilance and Enforcement) and Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, replacing Shikha Goel.
