Steps will be taken to improve healthcare services at the Machilipatnam Government General Hospital (GGH), said Minister for Mines, Geology, and Excise Kollu Ravindra.

During a surprise inspection at GGH on Tuesday (April 21, 2026), the Minister expressed disappointment at the haphazard parking outside the hospital and issued a slew of instructions to the hospital authorities to ensure that the public is not inconvenienced.
