Andhra Pradesh Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development P. Narayana left for Singapore on Monday (April 20, 2026) on an eight-day official visit for training in governance practices. The training is part of the State government’s work on the Swarna Andhra Vision 2047 document, officials said.

The Singapore government will conduct the training for Mr. Narayana and his Cabinet colleagues. It is expected to cover best practices in Singapore’s administrative system, including digital governance, delivery of public services and coordination among government departments, they said.
