After being denied the second tranche of rent for the six months beginning March, 2026, along with a one-time shifting charge of ₹30,000, the Chander Kunj Army Towers Apartment Owners Association (CATAOA) has filed a contempt of court petition against the Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) in the Kerala High Court.

While the petition has been posted, its hearing is likely to be delayed as the court is on vacation. The association, however, is making efforts to advance the hearing by bringing it before the Vacation Bench.
