Following reports of cracks in houses built for survivors of the 2024 Mundakkai-Chooralmala landslide in Wayanad, Revenue Minister K. Rajan on Saturday visited the Kalpetta township project site to assess the situation.

Mr. Rajan said there were no structural cracks in the houses and that the marks reported were the result of water seepage. He personally inspected the affected units, rubbing the surfaces to verify their condition.
