A newly opened hotel near Sompura Circle on NICE road was gutted due to a suspected short circuit on Thursday.
The fire broke out this afternoon at “Shuddha Tindi”, situated on Sompura circle on NICE road. The hotel had commenced operations only last month. The blaze is suspected to have been triggered by a short circuit in an idli steamer, which quickly escalated and engulfed the entire premises within minutes.
