Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Mahesh M. Bhagwat on Wednesday (April 15) said constant vigilance is essential to prevent fire accidents, warning that even minor negligence can lead to serious consequences.

He was addressing an awareness programme organised by Fire department officials at the Telangana Police headquarters in Lakdikapool on Wednesday as part of Fire Week celebrations.
