Summer heat triggers water alert in Mysuru

With summer intensifying and water levels under pressure, Yathindra Siddaramaiah, MLC, on Wednesday directed officials to take immediate steps to ensure that no part of the district faces a drinking water shortage.

Presiding over a review meeting at the Zilla Panchayat, he instructed officials to identify water-stressed villages and conduct regular field inspections to assess ground realities.
