Nara Lokesh elevated as TDP national working president; Palla Srinivasa Rao reappointed State chief

IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh has been elevated as the national working president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), moving up from national general secretary, the party said on Wednesday (April 15, 2026). Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu continues as national president.

The party reappointed Palla Srinivasa Rao, Gajuwaka MLA, as State president. The release also announced new Politburo, national and State committees.
