Sri Sathya Sai district police said that the extensive use of drones to monitor trouble-prone areas and improve public safety has started yielding positive results.
Superintendent of Police (SP) S. Satish Kumar on Monday supervised the drone-surveillance drive across the district. Speaking to the media here, the SP said that drones were flown over isolated stretches, abandoned buildings, and other spots identified as vulnerable.
