In a meaningful initiative, two students of a private school here have developed an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled digital platform for simplifying access to the government’s welfare schemes for ex-servicemen and widows and families of soldiers killed in the line of duty. The beneficiaries can access application links through a simple and user-friendly interface.

Kanishk Rungta and Krishaa Rungta, Class 12 students at Jayshree Periwal International School in Jaipur, have developed the app ‘Veer Sahara’. Based on the information shared, the platform informs the users to the schemes and benefits they may be eligible for through an AI-assisted interface which verbally guides them through the process.
