T.N. election: AIADMK candidate faints during campaign in Thiruvidaimaruthur

AIADMK nominee Ilamathi Subramanian fainted during her poll campaign in the Thiruvidaimaruthur Assembly segment on Thursday (April 10, 2026), but recovered soon.

Ms. Ilamathi, former Valangaiman MLA, began her election campaign at Aduthurai in the Thiruvidaimaruthur constituency on Thursday morning. While canvassing for votes in the Vannarapettai area around noon, she suddenly fainted.
