The Andhra Pradesh government is committed to developing basic sports infrastructure in every town and city in the next three years, said Minister for Transport, Youth and Sports Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy.

Addressing the media after laying the foundation stone for the infrastructure development work at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) stadium in Vijayawada on Wednesday, the Minister said that the government was striving to make Andhra Pradesh a leader in the country in the field of sports.
