A young achiever from a remote village in Guntur district has secured a prestigious position in the judiciary, bringing pride to her family and the region.

A.V.N.M.L. Gayathri, hailing from Sowpadu village in Vatticherukuru Mandal, has been selected as a Junior Civil Judge through the direct recruitment process conducted for 50 vacancies in the State.

The results pertaining to the 2025 notification for Civil Judge (Junior Division) posts were released by the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Thursday. Ms. Gayathri successfully cleared the competitive judicial services examination and earned her place as a judicial officer.

Her achievement has been widely celebrated in her native village on Friday, with family members, mentors, villagers, and members of the Guntur Bar Association expressing joy and appreciation.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Gayathri said she would utilise the opportunity to serve people with integrity and ensure justice is delivered fairly. “My primary goal is to uphold justice and serve society with honesty and commitment,” she said.

Her success stands as an inspiration to the youth, reinforcing the belief that perseverance and sincere effort can overcome any obstacle, observed her parents Avvari Srinivasa Rao and A. Vara Lakshmi on this occasion.
