TDP NRI wing celebrates party’s 44th Formation Day

Members of the overseas wing of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) marked the party’s 44th Formation Day with active participation from the Gulf region, highlighting unity among Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).

The NRI TDP Saudi Arabia team joined a virtual meeting organised by the NRI TDP Gulf Council, bringing together members from Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Oman. The programme was conducted under the leadership of Ravi Radhakrishna, president of NRI TDP Gulf Council, who stressed coordination among overseas units.

The event was attended by leaders including TDP State president and MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao; Advisor to Government of Andhra Pradesh and president of APNRTS Ravi Kumar P. Vemuru; and chairman of A.P. Brahmin Welfare Corporation K. Bucchi Ram Prasad.

Under the guidance of Khalid Saifullah, president of NRI TDP Saudi Arabia, the Riyadh team participated with enthusiasm. The members included Jani Basha Shaik (NRI TDP Riyadh Coordinator), Rajasekhar Chennupati (Senior Member), Silpa Gaddam (Women’s Wing Representative), Ananth Srinivas Dadi (Organising Member), Saradhi Naidu (Active Member), Naresh Chennupati (Youth Wing Member), Akshitha Chennupati (Student Wing Representative), Bhavani Sankar (Active Member) and Sucharitha Kandula (Cultural Wing Member).
