Zaman S. Khan, a professional with Aluva-based knowledge firm Q Company, emerged winner of the Kochi regional round of the 22nd edition of the The Hindu BusinessLine Cerebration Corporate Quiz 2026.

With this victory, Khan will represent Kochi at the grand finale scheduled to be held at the BSE, Mumbai, on February 21.

Sr. Tessa CSST, director of St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam, presented the prize to Mr. Khan here on Saturday.

He scored an impressive 133 points, the highest score recorded so far among participants in the preliminary rounds conducted in other cities. Around 100 participants took part in the written preliminary test in Kochi. The top six scorers qualified for the on-stage finals to compete for the regional title.

Quiz master Venkatesh Srinivasan posed several engaging questions during the event.

The prize money includes ₹75,000, ₹50,000, and ₹25,000 for the first three winners.

Organised by The Hindu BusinessLine, the corporate quiz championship is open to corporate executives, business professionals, and undiscovered bright minds.

The Cerebration Corporate Quiz 2026 is presented by Title Partner JK Tyre, powered by IndianOil Corporation Ltd., in association with BSE. The associate partner for the event is Central Bank of India.

The regional venue partners include MOP Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai; Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad; St Teresa’s College, Ernakulam; Kristu Jayanti Deemed to be University, Bengaluru; and Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida, Delhi. Nexus Gifting Solutions is the gift partner, and the Quiz partner for the event is Nexus.
