Eight cents of land at Vanchiyoor village in the State capital will be handed over to the Culture department for setting up the Ayya Vaikunda Swami Memorial Library and Cultural Centre.
The construction will be carried out through KIIFB (Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board). Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd. will be appointed the special purpose vehicle and KIIFCON, a subsidiary of KIIFB, the project management consultant.
