SP felicitates APSRTC drivers with good safety record

Superintendent of Police K. Pratap Shiva Kishore felicitated the best APSRTC drivers, who have accident-free record in their service.

Mr. Pratap Shiva Kishore, who participated in the month-long Road Safety Celebrations here on Friday (January 30), appreciated the RTC drivers for acquiring good driving skills and for maintaining good track record.

“Drivers working in APSRTC have won the trust of lakhs of passengers. Experienced drivers are transporting the public safely to their destinations every day,” the SP said and appreciated the RTC officers for imparting quality training to their staff in maintaining vehicle fitness and good training.

He advised the drivers to maintain good health, have peace of mind and tension-free mindset while attending duties for providing a safe ride for the passengers.

“Many people are choosing APSRTC, as the corporation is providing a safe journey. The drivers should take good diet, have proper rest and attend for duties in advance,” the SP said.

APSRTC Eluru Regional Manager Shaik Shabnam, Depot Manager Vani, Deputy Transport Commissioner Sekhar, Motor Vehicle inspector Jagadish and other officers participated.
