Ahead of Republic Day (January 26), an advisory has been issued by the operator of the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in Bengaluru asking passengers to plan their travel to the airport.

In view of the enhanced security measures for Republic Day, passengers have been asked to plan their travel to the airport to allow sufficient time for security checks.

“We are anticipating a surge in passenger volume during the Republic Day long weekend.
