Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal has asked the officials to set up a special helpline to improve the management of the Kalyana Mandapams run by the temple Trust Board.

Reviewing the issue with the officials at TTD Administrative Building on Saturday, Mr. Singhal said the helpline number would help gather feedback from devotees.

He suggested that feedback regarding TTD Kalyana Mandapams be collected from the devotees through local Srivari Sevaks, which would help prepare plans to understand the pressing issues and the facilities required.

He said that bringing the management of Kalyana Mandapams under the Facility Management Services (FMS) framework would make it easier to maintain cleanliness and provide better amenities.

The TTD EO advised the officials to gather feedback on various aspects of TTD Kalyana Mandapams, including compound walls, toilets, Kalyana Vedika, decoration arrangements, suitability for conducting marriages, parking facilities, leakage issues during the rainy season, water stagnation on the premises, security among others.

“Collecting feedback will help ensure improved facilities for devotees,” he said.
