Tamil Nadu gets new food secretary

The Tamil Nadu government has transferred nine IAS officers in its latest reshuffle.

Satyabrata Sahoo, secretary of the Cooperation, Food, and Consumer Protection Department, has been transferred and now posted as secretary, Youth Welfare and Sports Development. K.S Palanisami has now been posted as secretary of the Cooperation, Food, and Consumer Protection Department. R. Gajalakshmi will be Commissioner of Land Administration.

Kiran Gurrala, who was serving as Commissioner (Social Security Schemes) in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, has been appointed as Commissioner, Transport and Road Safety. Dev Raj Dev has been posted as managing director, Tamil Nadu Salt Corporation Limited; Har Sahay Meena as vice chairman, Science City; S. Malarvizhi as Commissioner of Archives and Historical Research; S. Gopala Sundara Raj as director, Anna Administrative Staff College and Director General of Training; and Banoth Mrugender Lal as secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
