Telangana Government released employees’ pending including payments related to employees’ gratuity, GPF (General Provident Fund), surrender leave encashment, and advances

The Telangana Government has released ₹713 crores towards pending bills payable to government employees in the State for the month of December. The bills released include payments related to employees’ gratuity, GPF (General Provident Fund), surrender leave encashment, and advances.
Following the Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka’s directions, officials of the Finance Department released bills on Wednesday (December 31, 2025).
The government had earlier assured employee unions that an amount of ₹700 crore would be released every month. By the end of June, the government released ₹183 crore. Thereafter, from August onwards, a minimum of ₹700 crore was released every month.
